Deviation from these general terms and conditions is not possible. In exceptional situations, the general terms and conditions can be deviated from if this has been explicitly agreed in writing with Xtra. These general terms and conditions also apply to additional, amended and follow-up orders from the Client. The general terms and conditions of the Client are excluded.
